1. Cancellation and Modification Window

We offer a 4-hour adjustment window immediately after your order is placed. During this time, you may request order cancellation or modification by contacting us via:

Why 4 hours? Our fulfillment system begins processing orders shortly after placement in order to ensure fast handling and delivery. Once an order is transmitted to our fulfillment center or enters production, changes are no longer possible.

Important: Requests submitted after the 4-hour window cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items, you may request a partial cancellation (cancellation of one or more individual items) within the same 4-hour adjustment window.

Once the adjustment window has passed, all items in the order are considered final and cannot be modified, canceled, or separated.

3. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout, including apartment or unit numbers and correct ZIP codes.

Liability: Yofetfee is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Packages returned to us due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
