At Yofetfee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Return Window:

  • You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return
  • Returns must be requested by contacting our support team
  • Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted

Eligible Items:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed items
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step-by-Step Process:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@yofetfee.com with your order number
and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours
during business hours.

Step 2: Receive RMA

We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
RMA format: RMA-XXXXXX. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Ship the item to the return address listed above. Write your RMA number clearly on the package.

3. Inspection & Approval Process

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days
  • Notification: Approval or rejection by email
  • Rejected Returns: Used, damaged, or unauthorized items

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 7 business days after approval
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Additional processing time by your bank: 
  •  – Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days 
  • – PayPal: 1-2 business days 
  • – Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days

5. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • No restocking fees are charged

6. Exchanges

Exchanges:

 Available only for defective or damaged items

We will ship the replacement at no additional cost

For size or color changes, please:

  1. Return the original item following standard return process

  2. Place a new order for desired item

Tip: To ensure availability, place your new order before 

  returning the original item

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide at least 3 clear photos from different angles
  • Include a photo showing the product tag or label
  • Include a photo of original packaging if applicable

8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, 

  contact us immediately

We will investigate with the carrier

 If package cannot be located within 10 business days, 

  we will issue a full refund or send a replacement

You will not be charged for lost packages

9. International Returns

International returns are not applicable. Yofetfee ships only within the United States.
