Quick Overview: We ship within the United States only. Orders process in 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-6 business days total. Flat rate shipping is $6.99 for all orders.
1. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
Where We Ship:
- We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii
- Shipping is available to residential and commercial addresses
- We ship to verified addresses only to ensure delivery security
Where We Cannot Ship:
- P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time
- APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: Military addresses are not currently supported
- U.S. Territories: We do not ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, or Northern Mariana Islands
- International Orders: We do not offer international shipping at this time
Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after order placement may not be possible once processing has begun.
2. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
- Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will begin processing the same day
- After-Hours Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday
What “Processing” Includes:
- Order verification and payment confirmation
- Inventory allocation and quality check
- Careful packaging to ensure safe delivery
- Label creation and carrier pickup scheduling
Non-Business Days:
- We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or federal holidays
- Major holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
- Orders placed immediately before holidays may experience slight delays
Note: Processing times do not include transit time. Your total delivery time is processing time + transit time.

Transit Time: 2-4 business days after shipment
Total Delivery Time: 3-6 business days (processing + transit)
Tracking: Full tracking provided
Cost: Flat rate $6.99
Carrier Selection:
- We automatically select the most reliable carrier based on your delivery address
- Carrier choice considers delivery speed, reliability, and service quality in your area
- You cannot choose a specific carrier, but you’ll be notified which carrier will deliver your order
Delivery Estimates by Region:
- East Coast (NY, NJ, PA, etc.): 3-4 business days total
- Midwest (IL, OH, MI, etc.): 4-5 business days total
- South (FL, TX, GA, etc.): 4-5 business days total
- West Coast (CA, OR, WA, etc.): 5-6 business days total
- Alaska & Hawaii: 5-7 business days total
- Rural Areas: May add 1-2 additional business days

4. Shipping Rates & Fees
$6.99 Flat Rate Shipping
All orders • All 50 states • No hidden fees
What’s Included:
- Standard shipping to any address in the United States

- Shipping Cost Details:
- One flat rate regardless of order size or weight (up to 20 lbs)
- No additional fees for Alaska or Hawaii
- Shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout
- Orders over 20 lbs may incur additional shipping charges (you’ll be notified before completing purchase)
Free Shipping Promotions:
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions
- Promo codes for free shipping will be clearly displayed on our website and in promotional emails
- Free shipping offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated
Transparency Guarantee: The shipping price shown at checkout is the final shipping cost. We never add surprise fees or surcharges after you place your order.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking Information:
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships
- Email includes your tracking number and direct link to carrier’s tracking page
- Tracking information typically updates within 24-48 hours of shipment
- You can also view tracking information by logging into your account on our website
How to Track Your Order:
Method 1: Email Link
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. This will take you directly to the carrier’s tracking page.
Method 2: Carrier Website
Visit the carrier’s website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com) and enter your tracking number manually.
Method 3: Your Account
Log in to your Yofetfee account and view your order history to access tracking information.
Tracking Updates:
- Order Processed: Order has been prepared and handed to carrier
- In Transit: Package is moving through carrier’s network
- Out for Delivery: Package is on delivery vehicle in your area
- Delivered: Package has been delivered to address

6. Delivery & Signature Requirements
Standard Delivery:
- Most orders do not require a signature upon delivery
- Carrier will leave package at your door, mailbox, or designated safe location
- Delivery confirmation is recorded via scan by carrier
Signature Required:
- Orders over $200 may require signature confirmation
- High-value items require adult signature (21+)
- Someone must be present to sign for the package
- If no one is available, carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery
Safe Delivery Locations:
- You can provide delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., “Leave at back door”)
- We cannot guarantee carriers will follow special instructions
- Consider having packages held at carrier location if concerned about theft
7. Shipping Issues & Problems
Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Wait 2 business days past estimated delivery date
- Check tracking for updates or delivery attempts
- Contact us at support@yofetfee.com if delay exceeds 7 business days
- We’ll work with carrier to locate your package
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days:
- Contact us immediately at support@yofetfee.com
- We’ll file a claim with the carrier
- If package cannot be located within 10 business days, we’ll issue full refund or send replacement
- You will not be charged for lost packages
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:
- Check all possible delivery locations (front/back door, porch, garage, mailbox)
- Ask neighbors, household members, or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
- We’ll investigate with carrier and provide resolution
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@yofetfee.com with photos
- We’ll arrange for replacement or full refund
- Keep damaged items until resolution is provided
Wrong Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address:
- Contact us immediately at support@yofetfee.com
- If order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update the address
- Once shipped, address changes are not possible
- You may need to contact the carrier directly to redirect
- We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customer
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Before Shipment:
- Contact us immediately at support@yofetfee.com
- We can modify or cancel orders before they ship
- Changes include: shipping address, product selection, or full cancellation
- Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours, so contact us quickly
After Shipment:
- Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled
- You can refuse delivery and the package will be returned to us
- Or you can accept delivery and follow our return process

9. Multiple Item Orders
Combined Shipping:
- All items in a single order ship together when possible
- You pay only one $6.99 shipping fee per order regardless of quantity
- Large orders may be split into multiple packages but still charged one shipping fee
Split Shipments:
- If items are located in different warehouses, they may ship separately
- You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
- Still only one shipping charge regardless of split shipments
- All packages typically arrive within 1-2 days of each other
10. Weather & Unforeseen Delays
We strive to deliver on time, but sometimes factors beyond our control cause delays:
- Severe Weather: Hurricanes, snowstorms, floods may delay shipments
- Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, wildfires, tornadoes can disrupt carrier operations
- Carrier Issues: Strikes, operational disruptions, high volume periods (holidays)
- Customs (if applicable): Rare delays for Alaska/Hawaii shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always work to resolve issues and keep you informed.
11. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Since we only ship within the United States, there are no customs fees, import duties, or international taxes. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you’ll pay (product + $6.99 shipping + applicable sales tax).
Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
12. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting with an updated “Last Updated” date. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered customers.
